Francis is a veteran facilitator and training designer with over 30 years of experience in learner-centered education and social development. He has worked with state agencies, NGOs, and grassroots groups on youth, consumer rights, and environmental issues. He co-founded AktivAsia LLC and leads its work in the Philippines. He also advises the ICSC Energy Policy Team and serves as a trustee of Ulirat Collective and REBOOT PH. Francis is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Education, specializing in Community Development, to continue “sharpening the saw.

Chuck Baclagon

Chuck Baclagon is a development worker and long-time activist based in the Philippines with over 20 years of experience in environmental and social justice advocacy. He currently serves as the Asia Regional Finance Campaigner at 350.org, focusing on shifting public finance away from fossil fuels and toward community-led climate solutions. His work blends creative actions, digital strategy, and movement building to push for systemic change—grounded in hope, driven by justice, and powered by people

 

Beng Sator

Ma. Belinda Sator, also known to everyone as Beng, finished a degree in accounting and has extensive experience working with peasant organizations, fisherfolk communities, cultural groups, human rights groups, and environmental advocates. With a strong commitment to social and environmental justice, Beng have contributed to numerous initiatives promoting sustainable livelihoods and grassroots empowerment. She is currently serving as the Interim Senior Finance Officer at Greenpeace Philippines, where she supports the organization’s mission through sound financial management and accountability.
