'Environmental Agents' are hitting the streets of the city to give people secret missions that they must complete in order to save the world – from climate change! "Top Secret" envelopes are being handed out with an "Energy Revolution" DVD and a personal letter informing them of their mission.

They're definitely some old-style spies, as you can see from this hilarious photo!
