CNN aired a great little segment the other day, featuring some of the powerful organizing from our friends in the Maldives.  Many will likely remember the underwater cabinet meeting held by President Nasheed and his cabinet in the lead-up to the 24th of October.  Neither the Maldivian government, nor the country's citizens have stopped there.  The country is charging ahead with plans to be carbon neutral by 2020, including President Nasheed pledging to be up on the roof of the official President's residence installing solar panels for 10/10/10.  And now people across the country are rallying to donate money to flood relief in Pakistan, all with a keen awareness of the threats they themselves face as a result of our changing climate.
