Urgent Call to Action on MVP by Tuesday — OPPOSE the Fiscal Responsibility Act!

Howdy!

Yesterday, we learned that Biden included fast-tracking MVP in his draft debt ceiling deal with Republicans along with other poison pills to roll-back the National Environmental Policy Act and strip social benefits for disadvantaged communities.

The negotiated debt ceiling bill or “Fiscal Responsibility Act” would force completion of the Mountain Valley Pipeline by granting all of the pipeline’s authorizations and removing judicial review. In addition, there are MANY other harmful provisions of the bill that would impact communities and our environment. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
 
We need URGENT pressure on members of the House before Tuesday night to oppose this and pass a clean debt ceiling.
