Join Climate Action Rhode Island and our co-sponsors on a day-long trip to New York City on September 17 to participate in the March to End Fossil Fuels at the United Nations.

CARI is renting a bus to New York City so Rhode Islanders can participate in the March to End Fossil Fuels: a climate march to the United Nations followed by a rally and protest on Sunday, September 17.

The protest will precede important UN climate meetings happening that week. Numerous groups and individuals are gathering from all over the east coast and well beyond. This is gonna be big.

The protest will run from 1 pm to 4 pm. Our bus will leave Providence at 7 AM with a second pick up point in southern Rhode Island and return home in the evening. A donation toward the bus of $25 is suggested, or whatever you can afford. We’ll provide a CARI T-shirt to all participants!
