CARI is proud to endorse Justine Caldwell for State Representative. Justine is the incumbent representative for House District 30 and has committed to making climate legislation one of her priorities. She understands the importance of Rhode Island in addressing the climate crisis, and in fact believes Rhode Island should be a national leader on this issue. During her first term in 2018–2020, Justine advocated for climate action by supporting the Act on Climate bill and educated other House members on the need for climate action. Justine’s opponent, by contrast, is a supporter of the chaotic and ineffectual leadership of President Trump and represented Trump at the Republican National Convention. We look forward to working with Justine during her term.
