The Tribunal concluded with a powerful guilty verdict delivered by President of the Yesah Tribunal Casey Camp Horinek: \u201cThe Mountain Valley Pipeline is a violation of the rights of Nature and should be stopped, and the MVP Southgate should not be approved. Section 324 of the 2023 Fiscal Responsibility Act, which fast-tracked MVP, must be repealed.\u201d<\/div>\n
