Yesterday, we learned that Biden included fast-tracking MVP in his draft debt ceiling deal with Republicans along with other poison pills<\/a> to roll-back the National Environmental Policy Act and strip social benefits for disadvantaged communities.

The negotiated debt ceiling bill or “Fiscal Responsibility Act”<\/a> would force completion of the Mountain Valley Pipeline by granting all of the pipeline’s authorizations and removing judicial review<\/a>. In addition, there are MANY other harmful provisions of the bill that would impact communities and our environment. UNACCEPTABLE!!!<\/span><\/div>\n

We need URGENT pressure on members of the House before Tuesday night <\/u>to oppose this and pass a clean debt ceiling.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
