Be careful!<\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"\">The September 8\u00a0<b class=\"\">Rise for Climate Action<\/b>\u00a0has been included as a save-the-date note at past blog posts. Now that we are just over a month away, it\u2019s at the top!<\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"\">September 8,<b class=\"\">\u00a0Rise for Climate, Jobs, and Justice<\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"\">\n<div class=\"\">Thousands of events will be held in cities and towns around the world to demand our local leaders commit to building a fossil free world that works\u00a0for all of us.<\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"\">\n<div class=\"\">We are planning two events for the Triangle.\u00a0Location and details are still being organized. RSVP, save the date, look for updates, and join us!<\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><b class=\"\">Triangle Rise for Climate Solutions Tour and Forum<\/b>\u00a0<a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/actionnetwork.org\/events\/rise-for-climate-action-raleigh\/\">https:\/\/actionnetwork.org\/events\/rise-for-climate-action-raleigh\/<\/a><br class=\"\" \/><br class=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"\">1. On September 8th there will be an afternoon\u00a0<b class=\"\">Rise for Climate Solutions Tour<\/b>\u00a0in Orange and Durham Counties. We will visit locations that feature solar, energy\u00a0efficiency, regenerative agriculture, and more, showing people what is already being done and giving them ideas of what can be done. Traveling on a biodiesel bus, we will end the day with one last stop and dinner at a home in Orange County.\u00a0<br class=\"\" \/><br class=\"\" \/>2. On September 12 there will be an evening forum in Raleigh at Church of the Nativity with local city and county leaders, discussing renewable energy, environmental justice. clean energy jobs, putting\u00a0an end to new fossil fuel infrastructure, and more.<\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><\/div>\n<p>Check out\u00a0<a class=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/riseforclimate.org\/\">riseforclimate.org<\/a>\u00a0for other events in NC and around the world.
