Thursday, September 14,\u00a0the Division of Water Resources officials sent a 4 page \u00a0letter to ACP, LLC, calling for extensive additional information to be submitted to them within 30 days, and they expect to delay a decision for three months. \u00a0The letter refers to public comments that called attention to the lack of information on sedimentation and erosion, cumulative impacts and several other issues. \u00a0THIS MEANS THAT YOUR COMMENTS REALLY DID HAVE AN IMPACT!<\/p>\n
