BACKGROUND AND CONTEXT
350 Pilipinas is a climate advocacy organization that works for climate action based on the realities of science and is grounded on the principles of justice.

TERMS OF REFERENCE
The Finance Staff will be responsible for implementing and monitoring financial systems for budget disbursement, monitoring and reporting of the organization.

Engagement will be from January 09, 2023, until January 09, 2024, with a possibility of extension.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Finance Staff will be tasked with the following:

1. Overseeing the implementation of financial process to support the program namely:
   – Cash Advance
   – Liquidation and reimbursement
   – Asset purchase
   – Availing services from external parties
   – Ensure timely delivery of payments for: utilities, invoices and other services availed by the organization.
2. Support the finance consultant process related to
   – Budget monitoring and reporting
   – Bookkeeping
   – Auditing
3. Other administrative functions to support program implementation and operations
