Additionally, we recognize that the well-being of all people is bound up with that of indigenous peoples, and we must <em>all<\/em> take action on the climate.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This month our commitment to the caretakers of the land requires that we contribute to the Hoopa who have filed suit against the U.S. Department of the Interior, alleging it has failed to follow laws that require the contractors who use federally supplied water to pay money for habitat restoration projects.
