LAST MINUTE REMINDER: Big climate rally in front of Wells Fargo in
\nArcata at 11th<\/sup> and G at one o\u2019clock on Tuesday, 3.21.23
\nDay of Action<\/strong>. Then we\u2019ll take it to Chase Bank behind the
\nJacoby Storehouse.<\/p>\n

As
\nmost of you know, Wells Fargo and Chase are two of the dirtiest four
\nbanks (Citi-Bank and Bank of America are the other two) that fund the
\nexpansion of fossil fuels way into the future. Despite all the
\nwarnings from the IPCC and evidence of our mounting climate crisis,
\nthe money pipeline has continued pumping to fund new and completely
\nunnecessary oil and gas projects. It must stop.<\/p>\n

Also,
\nplease sign the pledge at the bottom of this page to never do
\nbusiness with these four banks. They have been warned repeatedly.<\/p>\n

This month we are
\nsupporting the people of <\/span><\/span>Nuiqsut,
\nthe Inupiaq community closest to the proposed Willow project. Nuiqsut
\nis already inundated with oil and gas drilling sites that have
\nwrecked havoc on their life and livelihood. Both the City of Nuiqsut
\nand the Native Village of Nuiqsit have voiced opposition to the
\nWillow Project. <\/span><\/p>\n
