Our chapter is a member of 350 Southland Legislative Alliance that selects state bills and actions in Sacramento and regional actions for climate and environmental justice. Volunteers are welcome to join study groups on different kinds of policy. Our chapter also signs on to organization letters we support. Our positions and “sign-ons” are listed here.
We have or are forming Climate Action Coalitions to push for urgent climate action by
  • Cities of Ojai, Oxnard, Thousand Oaks, and Ventura
  • County agencies including Transportation Commission, Regional Energy Alliance,  Agriculture Policy Advisory Committee, and Air Pollution Control District 
  • Ventura County Climate Emergency Council
