September 8, 12-7 pm, Triangle Rise for Climate Solutions Bio-Bus Tour visit six locations in Durham and Orange Counties highlighting climate solutions from household to community levels. Meet at the Durham Station Transportation Center. Join us for an opportunity to see firsthand solutions in our own communities, unleash our collective creative ideas and energy, and spark growth of many more local solutions we need to address the climate crisis. September 10, 6-9 pm, Racial Equity and Environmental Justice Workshop, Pilgrim United Church of Christ in Durham
We will deep dive into racial equity with Alexa Broderick of The Equity Paradigm and environmental justice with Naeema Muhammad and Ayo Wilson of NC Environmental Justice Network.
