The SayNo2EQT campaign is an effort to end the pervasive influence that EQT Corporation has on Pittsburgh and the devastation it inflicts on our environment.
EQT Corporation is the largest natural gas producer in the United States and a main developer of the Mountain Valley Pipeline, a project actively being fought by groups in the mid-Atlantic region who are concerned about the health and safety of their communities. The company also funds numerous non-profits, politicians, and community organizations to distract the public from their toxic behavior.
By working in coalition with environmental and social justice organizations across the region, 350 PGH aims to liberate our community from EQT’s grasp and to send a message to the fossil fuel industry that the only future Pittsburgh will endorse is a sustainable one.
