Hoping for a better deal from Trump appointees, the company planning to build Pacific Connector-Jordan Cove has reapplied to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) which denied its permit twice.

FERC has opened a comment period for the scoping process, which will define the issues to be addressed in their new Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). Please help us fill the “Scoping Hearings” in these next few weeks.
