On Monday, August 7, dozens of citizens turned out to Senator Jeff Merkley’s town hall at Lane Community College. Several were from 350 Eugene, Our Revolution and Indivisible. Among other topics, Merkley provided an overview of his environmental advocacy work at the federal level (e.g., proposed 100 x 50 legislation). He also fielded tough questions concerning his “neutral” position on the Jordan Cove Energy Project. Thanks to Don Ewing, you can enjoy this video of Q & A excerpts featuring, among others, 350 Eugene Co-Founder and No LNG Co-Lead, Deb McGee.
